BREAKAGES
|
|
Owing to crockery breakages and other damages, a £25 refundable breakages deposit is required upon arrival, which will be returned after the property has been spring cleaned and thoroughly checked. Any breakages or unnecessary cleaning will be charged at reasonable rates out of the breakages deposit.

ACCESS
|
Property access at 4:00pm and on departure day please vacate by 10:00am, thank you.
You are welcome to arrive early and may go fishing if so desired. Wherever practical provided a property is ready we will allow early access.
