PET Friendly Accommodation

A maximum of 2, clean, and well behaved pets are welcome but they must not be allowed on any furniture or beds.
You must provide suitable Pet bedding. Pets by prior arrangement only, and £25 per pet p/wk.

BREAKAGES
|
|
Owing to crockery breakages and other damages, a £40 refundable breakages deposit is required upon arrival. This will be returned after the property has been spring cleaned and thoroughly checked by our cleaners after your departure. Any breakages or unnecessary cleaning will be deducted, at reasonable rates, from the breakages deposit.

ACCESS
|
|
Property access at 4:00pm, please vacate by 10:00am on day of departure, thank you.
You are welcome to arrive early and may go fishing, if so desired. Whenever practical, and provided a property is ready we will allow early access.
