All of the accommodation are centrally located within the fishery, and yards from the 3 Coarse lakes and a very short walk from the 3 Trout Pools.
They are all equipped, furnished and kept clean and fresh to very high standards. The self-catering, pet friendly cottages have central heating, fitted quality carpets throughout, leather furniture and fully furnished and suitable for any family holiday or a short break, at any time of the year, with or without fishing.
For the fisherperson, and the discerning angler they are ideal. For the wife or partner, family or friends perfect as a holiday base in this locality. It is not necessary to fish while having a holiday here. Our location is idyllic, with naturally beautiful grounds and a peaceful location. For the younger members of the family we are a short drive away from some stunning beaches, crystal clear waters, fabulous views, and there is plenty of things to see and do.
For the family angler they are absolutely perfect. Imagine having a family holiday where you can have a few hours early morning fishing, then spending the day with the family, and on your return spending a few extra hours fishing in the evening - every day! Absolutely ideal for a great all-round family and fishing holiday combined, and hopefully no "black marks" for the anglers.
In this part of Wales we are not on the "Holiday Horizon", where most go to North Wales, Pwllhelli, Barmouth and Borth or Pembrokeshire. If you have never visited this area before, it is definitely worth a visit, and then you will wonder why you've never been here before!

The site is naturally beautiful and peaceful with plenty of bird life - tree creepers, finches Kingfishers aplenty with kites and buzzards frequently overhead. Plus squirrels etc. all day and Foxes or Badgers very early in the mornings.
Nineoaks is 2 miles inland from the beautiful, Welsh Heritage coastline with many sweeping sandy bays, crystal clear waters, Dolphins and Seals and stunning coastline and cliff views.The Cottages are graded by the Welsh Tourist Board and each have a 4 star standard.
