The above prices are Per Week, for 7 nights from Saturday 4pm through to Saturday 10am. They are inclusive of all Gas and Electricity, and for families all bedding, but the price excludes the cost of any Fishing.

JUST A FEW THINGS TO CONSIDER WHEN BOOKING YOUR NEXT
Nine Oaks ANGLING CENTRE HOLIDAY
- The above prices are Per Week, for 7 nights from Saturday 4pm through to Saturday 10am. They are inclusive of all Gas, Electricity and all bedding, but excludes the cost of any Fishing. Prices may change without prior notification. Bank Holidays subject to a surcharge.
- A maximum of 2, clean, and well behaved pets are welcome but they must not be allowed on any furniture or on or in the beds. Suitable pet bedding must be provided by prior arrangement only, and £25 per pet p/wk.
- ⅓rd of Holiday Price payable within 10 days of booking, the remaining balance to be cleared at least 4 weeks in advance of arrival date, please? Reminders will not be sent!
- Owing to crockery breakages and other damages, a £50 security bond is required upon arrival. We do not take cash for a damages deposit. To simplify things, your bond could be either a credit card details or a signed cheque. After your departure and after the property has been spring cleaned and thoroughly checked by our cleaners your cheque will be returned or your card details will be destroyed. Any breakages, damage or any unnecessary cleaning will be deducted, at reasonable rates, from the breakages deposit.
- Property access at 4:00pm on day of arrival, please vacate by 10:00am on day of departure, thank you.
- Any un-paid fishing to be paid for prior to departure please?
- You may arrive early, however we do not promise access before 4pm. If practical, and provided your property is ready we usually allow early access.
- The central heating is controlled by a separate time-clock, which we control. However, with the ever increasing fuel costs, any additional heating asked for during the day will be subject to an additional charge of £1 per hour.
